HAUNTED DUMPSTER FIRE (poster)
"The alleyway behind Cletus's Discount Plastic Surgery Clinic housed a peculiar dumpster; one filled with enough discarded flesh and tissue and medical waste to build a half dozen abominations rivaling Frankenstein's monster - but these things, they'd be made up of lipo'd fat and detached jowls and excised cheek bone and shaved nose cartilage and reject hair plugs and amassed anatomical refuse. Dr. Listin had been discretely disposing of his victims underneath the fetid cover of this human offal for years, the restless souls of the damned coalescing and coagulating like dumpster juice, until one day the collective ghosts of a thousand dead patients compressed into a ecto-plasma that burned hot enough to turn their final resting place into a brilliant night pyre. The flames served as a catalyst, an infernal key to their accursed cage, freeing and fueling and birthing these entities, these demons of flesh and fat, these unholy horrors that only knew pain and torment, and were now let loose from their wretched postmortal bounds. A pair of boozed up businessmen stumbled out of a nearby hole in the wall dive bar, drunkenly drawn to the glowing alleyway like Icarus to the sun, only to discover the dreadful scene far too late and tipsy to escape. The fleshy phantoms descended."
